Our next whiskey dinner is here! Saturday, August 19th. We will be enjoying Bookers Bourbon. The dinner starts at 6pm.
The whiskeys will be:
Bookers Pinkies Batch
Bookers Kentucky Tea Batch
Bookers Lumberyard Batch
During this tasting we will not only pair each whiskey with a part of your meal, we will be teaching about the changes adding a drop of water and ice have to bourbons.
The food menu for the evening is an appetizer of handmade caramelle with ricotta and apple puree garnished with a balsamic fig reduction and sautéed diced apples and basil. The main entrée is a plum braised brisket with a side of potato pave. Finishing this delicious line-up is a vanilla dessert provided by Sugarz Bakery!
